This includes racing, revving, and spinning out cars/motorcycles on or around the property. 7\. Pets are allowed with prior owner approval and a fee. There is a pet fee. Bringing a pet without the owner pre- approval may result in booking cancellation, with no refund and/or a $1,000 fine. Please update your guest count for insurance purposes; additional fees may apply. When cancelling a reservation, processing fees will not be refunded. If any neighbor or authority contacts us during your stay to report violation of any of the above rules, you will be reported to your booking Channel and required to leave the property immediately without refund.
