The construction was very bothersome and we weren’t able to sit outdoors from morning until 4:00 pm. I'm sorry to leave a negative review but I think in protection to others, you need to know: 1\. There are "NOISE MONITORING" devices all over the inside (that's right - in your bedroom) the property. It felt like a jail cell more than a vacation experience. It's was really weird! 2\. No mention in ad or by owner/managers that there is HEAVY construction right next door that is L O U D. It started at 6am. 2\. The carpets are DIRTY. This may be OK if you don't care about a high-degree of cleanliness, but we did care. 3\. We got there early (a couple hours) and the property manager seemed "put out" about it. They wanted to charge us for early entry even though no one was there the night before. We thought that was cheap to NICKEL & DIME us. 4\. The manager had an impatient ATTITUDE. It seemed like we were bothering him. The only problem we had was with the water. It was turned off the first night, from 12p-7-am, due to “servicing” by the HOA and we did not have a warning. The following morning there was dirty water and no hot water for showers. There was no communication about this until I complained to the Mgr. Throughout my 4 night stay the hot water was spotty and sometimes nonexistent. We were told to “run the water” for 2 hrs. Everything else was great! ##### Julie T.
