The pool size:  
 length about 29' Shallow about 4'  
width 12'8" deep about 6'  
  
To heat the Pool/Spa it's an additional fee at \*$75 a day a minimum of 3 days. Please confirm 48 hours prior to your arrival if you need the pool heated, so we can make arrangements for someone to turn on, please no last minute requests.  
  
\*IMPORTANT: Pool equipment can only be operated by host, guests is not allowed to operate unless instructed too!   
As soon as the heater is turned on is when you are being charged this fee., even though it will take a day or so to heat, the cost is the price to use the gas/heated. The pool heater is controlled by a timer clock, if the clock turns off please contact the host.  
  
Pool cleanings is not available on weekends, so if you check in on these days, the pool will be serviced until the next cleaning day. Monday and Friday is the regular cleaning days, no exceptions also there is no scheduled times. Also if there is a storm or high winds when you check in during your stay please notify us and we will try our best to get pool service out the next business day, depending on their schedule. Our apologies in advance, the weather is unpredictable in Las Vegas.   
 There is a net that catches any leafs or debris located on the side of the house due it being windy. Please understand the pool is not dirty if it has a few leafs in it.   
  
Important the pool is not suitable for unsupervised children, there is no life guard on duty. There are pool alarms on the patio doors which can be turned off and on. By accepting this booking this is a liability waiver of accepting full responsibility.  
  
IMPORTANT: Yellow and white towels are only allowed at the pool!!!  
  
Guests must provide a copy of their ID, to the host once booked to receive check in information.   
  
Fireplaces are non working, it's just part of the decor only.  
  
We as hosts are not responsible for items left behind, please be sure to check everywhere before you leave the home.

#### Fabulous

The house was perfect. Neighborhood nice and quiet but perfect for private enjoyment both indoor and out. Pictures don’t do the house justice. Very clean. Spacious. Absolutely Loved it The only thing I regret is not knowing that I needed to arrange for the hot tub in advance, but with 100+ degrees, the water was perfect.
