Great Stay
Great stay at Mr. Perry's place. So nice to have a kitchen suite plus balcony for less money that a standard hotel room. Tower 1 is the best, with quick access to the moving sidewalk over to MGM Grand. Was only there 3 nights, but will stay longer next time. Communication with Rafael was superior.

Signature stay that didnt dissapoint!
Our original VRBO was cancelled 2 days before we traveled and we scrambled to find a similar property. Raphael's property was available and we booked it. Because there are similar properties I mistakenly thought I booked a different suite with a different owner. We cleared up the confusion and throughly enjoyed our stay. This property was perfect, spacious, clean, comfortable and close to everything yet far enough away from the bustle of the strip. We extended our stay by a day and that was easy and smoothly handled. Enjoyed the stay
This is the third time I've stayed at The Signature and will do so again. It's spacious. We really enjoy the two bathrooms even when it is just two of us. The location so convenient to the Strip without having to be in a casino.

Very comfortable
The property was very comfortable and had everything we needed, except that we couldn't get wifi to work on our computer. A technician tried to help, but we couldn't get it to work. It worked fine on our phones. There was more than ample space to put things, which was great. The balcony was really nice. The bed was comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Condo Tower 1 mgm signature
It was great to have a full kitchen, 2 bathrooms (1 w/ jacuzzi) and separate bedroom in an excellent location. Short walk to mgm grand was nice. Price was very reasonable. Condo itself was well taken care of but did show minor signs of wear - rug definitely needs replacing. It has a good view of the Sphere from the bedroom. Overall was an excellent place to stay and owner was very helpful and accommodating. I would definitely recommend this condo.

Pros. Rafael was responsive. Cons. And there are many. 1. carpet is filthy. It must be original. Previous reviewer mentioned that and Rafael said he would have it deep cleaned. Wouldn't have helped if had happened. We didn't walk around inless shoes on. 2. Unbelievably nasty frying pan. We had to buy one. Sauce pan also unusable. Had to uss stock pot to cook hard boiled eggs. 3. Wallpaper, also looks like original. Faded, dirty and holes. 4. Hole in ottoman. All the furniture was dirty and outdated. 5. Bed extremely uncomfortable. Mattresses are shot. Sheets were aa rough as sandpaper. 6. Had to take dining chairs out to sit on patio. Very heavy and old. 7. Friday, Saturday and Sunday the day club blasted electronic music for 6 hours. Since we were out late at events, a nap would.havr bewn welcomed. All we got was a headache. 8. Too far to casino. One venture there with all the smoke, even in the "nonsmoking" area was all we ventured there. 9. Had to uber almost everywhere because of the distance to street. This unit is in very sad shape. If this is indication of properties offered by VRBO, we will not book again. I have photos.

Great location and adequate accommodations. The 1 bedroom, 2 bath suite could use some updating, new mattress for king bed, new sofa sleeper living room and replace all clean but stained and dark carpeting. The check in process was an ordeal that took 90 minutes due to a cyber attack that took down mgm computer systems that left staff unprepared. properties systems

Was a clean unit with all the amenities of an apartment. Easy access to the valet through a guarded gate which was nice. Property WAS NOT a casino, which we wanted, yet we could easily walk to the Strip for dinner, shows, and even a hockey game at T mobile Arena. Would stay again.

Good location, nice suite
The suite is nice, standard MGM Signature setup and decor. It is well maintained, but is slowly starting to show it's age with a few scratches, a dishwasher that could need some TLC etc. Nothing too surprising; the Signature has been there for a while. Everything was comfortable and clean, the only challenge we had was with the valet parking, the only option at the Signature. After arrival on Friday night we wanted to go grocery shopping (~9pm) and were told that we of course cold get the car out of valet, but that we likely could not get there car back in valet when we returned as they were full, and would have to do self parking at the MGM Grand and walk from there. We decided to walk to the strip and pick up a few things at the little Target there instead. Saturday we went to a show and when we returned we had to do the self parking. Sunday we went to a wedding, and upon return around 6pm it took liked 15 minutes to get to just leave the car in the general area of another towers valet. It got parked at some point in time I guess, but... We liked the suite and the staff, and the owner it's AWESOME and super responsive! But if we drive to Vegas next time, this might not be our first choice, due to the parking situation.

Rodeo in Vegas
We always enjoy staying at the MGM Signature Towers while we are in Vegas for the National Finals Rodeo. The rooms are great and it’s a perfect place to stay with your family. The Valet guys are so nice and quick about getting your vehicle and helping out when needed The lobby is so beautifully decorated for Christmas. Every year we take a family picture in front of the beautiful Christmas tree!

My husband and I recently stayed in the apartment and were very pleased with everything. The location is not too close to the strip but not too far (maybe a 5-10 min walk to the strip). I have seen some comment about furniture being a little outdated and while that may be true, I looked at the bigger picture: the place is very safe, staff is friendly, we were comfortable in the apartment, the building is walking distance to the strip, apartment is decently priced, and Rafael was extremely responsive to text messages and/or phone calls. While we experienced a slight hiccup with the check-in process, Rafael answered my call right away and took care of the issue (wasn't his fault but he made the correction to my reservation). The lady at the front desk told me I was fortunate to have a responsive host because she witnessed others where the host took a while to respond. Speaking of price, this place has a fully stocked kitchen which is a "must have" for me since I prefer to make my own breakfast and go out for dinner. Other places/venues (esp the resorts) were more expensive and didn't offer much. I felt staying there was a great decision for our week long stay in Vegas. If we ever get the chance to visit Vegas again, I would rent this place again.

Needs an update, new carpet and a through cleaning
Only 2 items on previous 4-5 star ratings were accurate. 1. Rafael was very responsive as a host. 2. the location is not too bad. This is the only reason I gave 2 stars instead of one. The unit was very dirty, outdated and smelled bad. Rafael offered to have cleaning service come back but unfortunately the issues with the room would not be handled with another “cleaning”. The carpet was so bad we did not want to talk our shoes off. The walls were stained, furniture was stained. All the countertops appeared to be wiped down but not cleaned and were chipped and scratched up. The mirrors in the bathroom still had stuff on them, one shower had a glob of hair in the drain and the balcony didn’t look like it had ever been wiped down. Thankfully the bed appeared to have clean sheets and a second shower. We bought Clorox wipes to wipe everything down. The mattress on the bed needs to be replaced. The couch was sticky/damp to the touch we ended up putting a sheet over it to avoid touching it directly. I hate having to leave a bad review however we based our stay on previous reviews and were very disappointed. This should not be rated a 4.7 Excellent it was far from excellent

Good place to stay for R & R
MGM Signature has been my go to since 2012. Rafeal was is to contact when needed. I was on a 4 day seminar and I didn't want to stay at the recommended hotel with other three thousand attendees. As usual the hotel is quiet, staff was great and this rental was spacious with easy walks to Top Golf, pools and to the MGM Grand. It was nice to have an full size refrigerator for our waters, fruits, champagne, beer and etc. Great stay will return soon

Great condo

Short and sweet
My husband and I were in Vegas, not for a long time, but for a good time and I have no complaints of where we stayed. There are only trash cans in the bathrooms but that didn’t bother us since we weren’t in our room a lot. Clean, Nice location, easy communication and check in process. Loved being able to hear the music from Wet Republic from the patio when they have DJ’s on the weekend. Would stay here again

Great place!
First and foremost, Rafael was a great host. He initiated communication about check-in, amenities, etc. at least a week before my scheduled stay. He was easy to reach, and very responsive. The suite was clean, a great location, and bigger than I was expecting. I will definitely consider staying here again for my next visit to Vegas!

Not clean and not equipped!
When we checked in to the property, we notice how dirty it was, as if nobody had cleaned it. Rugs looked dirty. In addition, the bed sheets looked like someone had slept in them. It had two rolls of toilet paper total in the condo. No kitchen trash can. Had to almost beg the manager to get towels, while he suggested using the same towel for a week. Then there is a pool within a hundred yards of the condo, that plays thumping DJ music from 11:00am to 6:00PM at night. Forget about taking a nap during the day. Not enough trash bags. Had to ask the maid who was handling other peoples units for trash bags. kitchen utensils were sparse. Little coffee cups. Coffee maker was dirty. DVD player was disconnected, could not use. BED WAS COMFORTABLE. ONLY POSITIVE. I felt like this property manager was not taking a hands on approach to the property as if he was managing it from some other state. He will respond, but kind of brushes things off as if your problem is not a big deal. Never did he once apologize for anything.

Having 2 beds and 2 bathrooms is worth it! The property is pretty quiet even being so close to the airport. Very easy to walk to the MGM (all indoors) and to the monorail. Valet parking only.

President’s Day Long Weekend
Great tower-1 property for family and two teenagers, just enough food services nearby -Starbucks in tower-1, -Delights Restaurant in tower-2, MGM food court for simple quick meal just a moderate walk to the main MGM casino. Great host who responded quickly to all my questions. Free valet parking is a great perk. Will definitely consider this property for future trips to Vegas.

Was disappointed in services available for units not rented directly from MGM. Housekeeping is not available without significant fees, and even then its on their time. Fewer amenities available. Also Valet service has gone in the toilet.
