Note, at least one occupant must be over 55 and no guests under 18 are allowed. Welcome home!

Welcome to the ultimate vacation rental experience! Our luxurious and fully equipped vacation homes offer everything you need to make your stay comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable.  
  
Relax in our air-conditioned accommodations, or cozy up by the indoor fireplace during cooler months. Prepare your meals with ease using our fully stocked kitchen and cooking basics, and enjoy your dishes and silverware provided for your convenience. Our coffee maker is perfect for brewing your morning cup of coffee, and our refrigerator keeps your food and drinks fresh.  
  
Stay connected with our high-speed wifi and catch up on your favorite shows on the TV. Need to get some work done? Our dedicated workspace has everything you need to stay productive. Plus, our washer and dryer make it easy to keep your clothes fresh and clean during your stay.  
  
Safety is our top priority, which is why our properties are equipped with carbon monoxide and smoke alarms for your peace of mind.

We all require our guests to sign a rental agreement for HOA registration. This is for your smooth stay with us.  
  
Other things to note  
• PET POLICY. Prior approval is required for pets, and additional fees will apply. The fee is $275 for up to 2 pets. If more than 2 pets are approved, there is an additional charge of $50 per pet.  
  
• QUITE HOURS are 10 PM TO 8 AM MONDAY THRU FRIDAY and 10 PM TO 10 AM ON SATURDAY AND SUNDAY.  
  
• NO SMOKING INSIDE. All our properties have a no-smoking indoors policy. Smoking inside will result in a $1,500.00 fine.  
  
• HOMES HAVE STRICT OCCUPANCY LIMITS. Overoccupying the home will result in fines of up to $2,500 and/or cancellation of the booking.  
  
• MAIL DELIVERY POLICY: We request that guests do not use our address for mail deliveries. Guests are welcome to have packages delivered during their stay for door-to-door service. Our mailbox is not available for guest use. If you have packages delivered post or pre-stay, we cannot guarantee their security or retrieval.  
  
• NO LARGE GATHERINGS/ PARTIES. Loud and large parties are strictly prohibited. Any violation can result in fines up to $2,500 and loss of booking.  
  
• NO OUTDOOR MUSIC. Amplified outdoor music is against Las Vegas' ordinances. No outdoor music (day or night), including music from any mobile device. Any violation will result in fines of up to $2,500 and/or cancellation of the booking.  
  
• MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT. One of the guest must be 55 years of age or older.  
  
• EARLY AND LATE CHECK IN/OUT. Early and late check-in/out depend on flexibility. If available and accommodated, additional fees may apply. Early check-in: $25/hr. Late checkout is $50/hr.  
  
Any violations of these house rules may lead to eviction without refund and/or a fine.  
  
Any missing items (such as towels, kitchen tools, etc.), as well as damages and house rule violations (smoking, parties, unregistered guests, etc.), will be deducted from your security deposit, which is $500 or more, depending on the severity of the reported issues after your stay.
