It was extremely comfortable and cozy. Big enough to accommodate my two toddlers,husband and I.We were able to set up a small bassinet for my youngest next to the bed. Loved that it had a full fridge and a small hot plate and of course AC and ceiling fans to keep the place cool. Clean bedding and clean bathroom. No smells or mold. Kitchen was nice and there were no issues, however I’m giving this a 3 due to the rough neighborhood and street only parking.
