Work Trip to Las Vegas

Overall the property was really clean, well stocked and in an area that my family and I felt safe in. At first there was miscommunication regarding pet fee but was able to get that sorted out. Then towards the end of our stay we did have an issue with getting ahold of the property rep regarding the bathroom shower not working, but after a couple days we finally got ahold of someone and they were out the same day to fix it. Overall we had a great experience with the house and location.

Great stay at a clean house!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The rental is as described: clean, comfortable, conveniently located, and very peaceful. We enjoyed being there very much and always looked forward to coming back in the evening after a day of exploring. This house is truly an oasis of calm in the excitement of Las Vegas and surroundings, and you won't regret staying here whether your interests lie on the strip or in seeing the nearby natural beauty.

This house was so comfortable for us. The beds were good. We felt like it had everything that we needed and nothing that we didn’t. We even commented on how nice it was to not have the counters and the top of the dressers covered with stuff so that we could put our things out. We had a bit of trouble with the tv. The host was very responsive and here are a few tips from us. First the Apple Remote is in the back of one of the big remotes. Second the tv takes a few minutes to warm up so don’t give up if the screen doesn’t come on right away.

Football Game Weekend

The house was clean, comfortable and well equipped with all you need for a great stay. Derrick, was so helpful and responsive, a perfect host. Very close to shops and restaurants. Washer and dryer, so helpful. Definitely!! 5 Stars from us. Thank you, Irene & Eric Vargas

Amazing!!!!!

This was absolutely as the listing very clean updated and very spacious. The community where the house is located was very quiet and perfect to just relax after being downtown where all the excitement was. And the house was very close to the strip which made commute easy. We had everything we needed in the kitchen to prepare our food the only thing that was needed was a bigger frying pan and more knives other than that it was stocked accordingly. The host was very friendly and answered when we had a problem. I would absolutely recommend this house !!!!!!

Excellent home

First of all,the property is very easy to find easy freeway access. Front has an amazing view of Las Vegas. Back yard is private and set up for a great family experience. Has a nice grill and a covered dining area with tables and chairs. The interior looks brand new. It’s open and well appointed as is the kitchen. We wanted for nothing. The owner is gracious and accommodating. This property is 10 out of 10

Brand new, clean, closer to LA

This was the best property we have ever stayed at and will be our go to when going to Las Vegas. Everything was well supplied with clean towels, soap, everything you need in the kitchen, and more. There was temperature control, and it was so easy to get into the house. It's in the brand new part of the area, nice and quiet, next to the freeway, new homes, and lots of restaurants. We even saw the strip from the street! Easier to get back to LA from here because it's on the way so you'll beat the bit of traffic. Getting to the strip was quick, in it was only 15 minutes from the airport. Outside is a beautiful little covered patio with lights and a barbecue. Its all paved so super comfortable. Loved it!
