Really convenient place to stay while attending an event at the convention center. We took the monorail to the venue every morning and it was nice not to have to worry about traffic or timing. Only negative is that the pool closes WAY too early! By the time we got back to the hotel from our event, it only allowed about an hour until the pool closed and we picked the hotel because of the lazy river (which is awesome).

The hotel was conveniently located near the airport and just a 10 min, $22 taxi ride away. It was a quieter area being at the end of the strip, but also just a few steps away grocery stores, pharmacies, and many food options. We had booked a king room and were told upon arrival we would have one on the top floor with a view of the Sphere. However, due to an error in their system, we were "upgraded" to a larger suite with two queen beds and a view of the airport. Not a huge deal but we would've preferred the king room with the view. The room was nice and spacious. We could unfortunately hear the guests in the next room through the connecting door, which was either not very sound proof or the guests were just loud. We could also occasionally smell smoke coming through the vent. Overall, the hotel was nice and the pool patio was an awesome plus. It might not be our top choice for a future Vegas visit but it was one of the better deals we found and worth what we paid.

This property didn’t have water or coffee in the rooms, took long time to get to a hold of someone at the front desk by phone. I went to celebrate my birthday and they didn’t offer any specials.

Overrated here. I stayed in a grand for the first time & the couches were distressed, carpet was dirty, & both my sink, shower, & toilet kept getting clogged. Bathroom tub looked like they didn’t even clean it . Stores around here are convenient but definitely not worth the stay, nice hotel good stores but would never come back here again to stay. Customer service is trash.

It was my first time in Vegas and I will NOT be staying at MGM again. The room I chose was not what I saw online which is FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. My first room was dirty, the hot water did not work, didn’t look to be cleaned properly, bottle caps on the floor, dresser/desk was dirty and felt VERY outdated for a “luxury hotel”. I went to confront this inconvenience and the front desk person did absolutely NOTHING but refund me $45? YOU CAN AT LEAST UPGRADE THE ROOM for a reservation holding 3 PEOPLE. In all honestly this place was not worth my money and I’m very disappointed

We booked the standard room. It was on the first floor, walls were paper thin, we could hear every conversation in the halls and we had dumpsters being picked up right outside our windows. Super noisy. Not worth it.

I like the easy check in process, i liked how the rooms were modern and i liked how the rooms looked like what was advertised on the expedia website. What i did not like was the hair remaining in the shower drain in our bathroom.
