Perfect for families or working professionals. All furnishings are brand new. Each Floor is equipped with smart A/C temperature control. Primary Bedroom: One King Bed and Futon Sofa that converts to a double bed. Bedroom 2: One Queen Bed Bedroom 3: One Queen Bed Master bedroom comes with ensuite bathroom and there is an additional 2 bathrooms. Upstairs has a large loft area with desk and sofa and TV. Free super high speed wifi. Master bedroom comes with ensuite bathroom there is one additional upstairs full bathroom and another half bathroom downstairs. One Laundry room with a massive closet. One Billiard room downstairs and a living room with a dining room and kitchen. KITCHEN AMENITIES: The Kitchen is equipped with appliances including a refrigerator, microwave, 2 ovens, stove and a Keurig coffee maker. The kitchen is equipped with the following items to accommodate the max occupancy of the home: basic dining, cooking, and serving essentials including plates, bowls, silverware, wine and drinking glasses, cooking utensils, and kitchen accessories such as a can opener, wine opener, measuring spoons and more. No other cooking essentials or supplies are provided (oil, sprays, or other cooking ingredients, foil, cling wrap, etc.) HOUSE SUPPLIES: Your home will be stocked with an initial supply of trash bags, shampoo, shower gel, paper towels, kitchen sponge, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher liquid, and toilet paper etc. ENTERTAINMENT: Outdoor sitting area with chairs, Pool table, 1 Large TV located in Living Room and another large tv in the upstairs loft area. 3 work spaces available: one in the master bedroom, one in loft and another in the kitchen. Guest access The entire upstairs and downstairs and backyard except the casita which has a separate entrance and is rented out separately. Two parking spaces outside the garage and additional free street parking readily available. No garage parking.
