Welcome to our stunning 2-story property, just moments away from the vibrant Fremont Street Experience! This spacious getaway boasts a total of 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, ensuring ample space and comfort for your stay.

Inside, you'll find 4 elegant queen beds, 1 cozy twin bed, and a convenient twin pull-out couch. The beautifully remodeled kitchen showcases modern flair with quartz countertops, inviting you to prepare delicious meals during your stay.

Pets allowed with prior approval of owner. Pet fee of $150 must be paid prior to arrival.

No smoking in the home of any kind, doing so will result in a 500 dollar charge. (Smoke outside and dispose of all butts) do not leave butts on the grounds.

Cleaning Policy: The house must be left as found, meaning no damage or missing items to receive a full security deposit refund. The security deposit will be returned to you if the house is left with no damage, missing items and or additional cleaning charges. The original $199.00 cleaning fee is non-refundable.
Guests must agree to the following:
1. You will leave the house in the same condition as arrival, minus the normal cleaning that we do.
2. You will be completely responsible for any and all damage to the house or property caused by your negligence.
3. You will hold the owners harmless from any and all bodily injury and/or property damage incurred on the property.
4. You agree to forfeit any portion of the security/damage deposit that is reasonably attributable to broken, damaged, or missing items
5. Front entrance monitored by ring doorbell camera for guests security
6. A fully refundable $200 Damage deposit with be authorized on day of check in. Deposit will be refunded 3-5 business days after check out.
Quiet hours are from 10pm-10am
