WE DO NOT HAVE CHECK OUT INSTRUCTIONS. We will take care of everything.

Your private sanctuary has 2 bedrooms with King beds, 2 bedrooms with Queen beds, and a secret room with a Full sized bed. 3 bathrooms, a loft, a well equipped kitchen, and 3 smart TV's with Cox cable, and 2 smart TV's with the option to log into your Hulu, Netflix, Amazon Prime, or Disney account. Enjoy the blissful backyard, mature landscaping, pool/spa, covered patio with table and chairs, the Weber barbecue grill is hooked up to natural gas so you will never run out. The property is in a quiet family friendly neighborhood. The Las Vegas strip is only a $20 ride share away.

The property comes well equipped with all the comforts of home. If by some chance you need something that is not there, don't hesitate to ask for it.

The property, as required by the city of Henderson, has a noise monitor inside and outside the home. This device does not record. It only measures noise in decibels. Highly recommend. The host was more than accommodating and replied in a timely manner to requests. Luke & Karen made it simple by offering contact via texting (love this). As a resident of Henderson, familiar with Vegas, this home is nestled in a quiet family neighborhood. It is perfectly located with access to restaurants, coffee shops, shopping and easy Uber/Lyft trips to the Strip. The house is nicely laid out with several areas for relaxing, eating in or watching tv. The backyard has a lovely atmosphere with heated (upon request) pool and spa. Not sure if it’s in the description but we were very surprised to discover a secret bedroom behind a bookcase! Super fun for kiddos!

Peaceful Neighborhood, Close to Everything

This is a wonderful place to stay, close enough to all the Las Vegas action but still a peaceful, calm neighborhood. Host was super responsive and helpful. Lots of room in the house, we had 7 people and more could have easily fit.

Henderson Gem

This is the perfect place to stay when visiting Vegas. We traveled to Grand Canyon, Death Valley and Hoover Dam. The casinos were about 15 minutes away and the airport as well. The neighborhood is very close to multiple restaurants and very quiet. The host was quick to answer any questions we had about the house.

Siblings Weekend

This property is only 3 miles from our house and we rented it for my siblings and spouses during our weekend party. We all enjoyed the pool and hot tub, and a comfortable place for breakfast and lunch.

Great Vegas getaway with friends

Our group of 10 thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Vegas. Good Vibes was conveniently located to shopping, the strip and all the outdoor adventures we booked. Plenty of room for all. Lovely House in a Great Location

Everything was wonderful!: The house has a great layout, comfortable beds and furniture, and updated bathrooms and kitchen. The location is fabulous as the house is in a very nice neighborhood, is at the end of a quiet, cul de sac, is VERY close to lots of restaurants, stores, etc., and is only 15-20 minutes to The Strip. The owners are very friendly, helpful, and responsive.

Wonderful stay

I surprised my husband for his 60th bday. All of our kids came and this house was absolutely perfect. The house was very clean and comfortable. The hot tub was super great as well. Lucas was incredibly responsive to any questions or whatever we needed. I would highly recommend staying here if you have a group. We will be back.

Amazing

Amazing stay. Luke and Karen are so kind and attentive, if we needed anything they were on it. The pool was so nice for the Vegas heat, and the house is located near so much we loved the location. It’s a 20 min drive to the strip so it was nice to party and then go home to hang out. The bedrooms and bathrooms are so nice and everyone enjoyed their stay. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a nice stay in a quiet but really awesome neighborhood!

Great Stay!!!!

It was our 37th Wedding Anniversary and we decided on a Vegas get away (our daughters decided to join us which made it much more WONDERFUL!). Luke and Karen were amazing!!! Very open and responsive throughout the entire process. Their home is beautiful, clean and has everything any family would need. Very nice and quiet neighborhood; close to EVERYTHING! Outdoor area well maintained and very relaxing. Pool was VERY clean and well maintained. It will definitely be our place to stay on our return trip to Vegas.
