Fully Equipped - 3 Bedroom Vacation Retreat With Pool

Our home is fully equipped with all that you will need and close to shopping, restaurants, golf and much more. If you prefer you can relax by the pool in the sun or under the patio cover in the shade. We have 3 bedrooms - The master with it's own bathroom has a queen size bed and the second room with a queen bed and the third bedroom has twin beds. All three rooms have their own TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with all that you would need for any gathering. Also, the pool is not heated.

Easy check in and check out. Good communication from host. House was clean and amenities in good working order. Loved the back yard pool and patio furnishings. Very cozy. Located about 20-30 minutes drive from the Strip depending on traffic but a great place to stay if you are exploring all of Las Vegas.

Awesome place to come back to after visiting the strip and cool places! From cooling off in the pool to eating around the table after the nights fun. The beds were comfortable and easy to fall asleep on. Will stay again.

I was very impressed with the property managers communication and she did a great job setting expectations. The how was clean and cozy when we arrived. It was well furnished with anything we would need for our stay. There were lots of shops and grocery stores near by amd most tourist spots were only 20-30 min away. If we come back to vegas we will definitely be staying at this house again.

Pleasant stay

A very nice property in a quiet, safe feeling neighborhood. The garage made us feel much more secure about parking our vehicle for the night. Only reason for less than 5 stars is that the cleaning crew didn't do a proper job on the bathrooms or kitchen sink. Would still stay at one of these properties again though.

Talk about a home away from home, this is it! We spent the majority of our vacation here!! Kitchen well stocked for all your cooking needs, gas grill in back yard and pool floats for the pool. Was in Vegas 4 days and only on the strip 2 days for a total of 10 hours. Loved the peace and quiet of the neighbor hood and just relaxing in and around the pool.

Love Las Vegas

Was a first time trip for my family ( 2 adults & 3 teenagers). The house was set up perfect for families. It was too cold for us to use the pool but REALLY wanted to jump in ;-). Benjamin was really great, meeting us there and walking us through everything. Close enough to downtown to enjoy it but far enough away to feel safe to let the teenagers out after dark alone.

Very nice house. Everything was as the pictures showed. Pool is not heated so don't expect to use it in January. Great park about 2 blocks away - great for walking dogs. House was very clean and plenty of linens, dishes etc....Great private patio out back with plenty of chairs etc.... Grill worked great as well. Would highly recommend for anyone - especially families with children in the summertime.

The property manager meet us at the property the day of our arrival snd kept us update regarding any actions that needed to be addressed.
