You'll have the entire condo to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

### Convenient location,clean & Charming

Charming first floor 3 bedroom condo with beautiful tasteful furnishings. Everything you need to feel right at home from the first moment you enter. Just bring your suite case and tooth brush we got the rest! 3rd bedroom is a flex space you can have it as an office or a full bedroom.  
Beds are super comfortable, we actually stayed here ourselves when we were remodeling our home and made sure we made it very comfortable for us and future guests to enjoy. Smart TV in the living room/master  
Other things to note  
Thank you for renting our condo. We hope you feel welcome and enjoy the area.  
  
some points of interest close by are;  
  
The District at Green Valley Ranch shops and restaurants, including PF Changs, cheesecake factory, Lululemon, Black & White, Panera bread, Bella Vita Italian restaurant.  
  
Lifetime fitness, library, multi Gen center, there are 5 to 6 miles of walking and jogging trails within GVR.  
  
Sprouts, target, Albertson’s, Smith’s and Whole Foods are close by.
