Neighborhood overview This is a new neighborhood on the Northern edge of the Las Vegas Valley. Right off the freeway with a shopping center across the road (Target, Ross, Michaels, Gas .PANDA Express Mc Donalds. Home Depot, Staples and more). The Las Vegas Speedway hosts two NASCAR races a year and many events year round. Getting around This is just off of the 215 freeway and 4 miles from Interstate 15 on the Northern edge of Las Vegas. Surprisingly close to downtown and the strip. Two exits from Aliente Casino and about 10 miles from the Las Vegas Speedway. Other things to note ke the 109 N to the downtown bus terminal and then catch the 105 to a North 5th stop at Deer Springs Mall. After getting off the bus at the mall cross N. 5th at Dorrell (west) about a block to the entry gate then follow the instructions for getting to the house.
