Located in North Las Vegas close to grocery stores, etc. The International airport is a 20-minute drive as is the LV Convention Center, Allegiant (Raiders) Stadium, Las Vegas Speedway and some of the most famous Las Vegas casinos (Bellagio, Caesar's Palace, MGM, Venetian, Wynn and more). Upgrades include marble floors, granite kitchen counter top, Samsung stainless steel appliances and Samsung Smart TV. If you are looking for a basic (no frills), clean place to come home to after your day in Las Vegas, this house is perfect for you! However, if you require luxury living, this may not be your best fit. It's an older home in an older neighborhood. Inside, the house is nicely upgraded, well maintained and immaculately clean. It is very comfortable for the less fussy looking for a quiet stay. We recommend this home for singles and couples. Month to month stays are preferred.
