There are 5 nice bedrooms, and if you like a firm mattress with no lumps, you will get a good night's sleep in this quiet neighborhood. The kitchen was well equipped for meals and meal prep. Notes: bring your own washcloth. You can take a kitchen chair out to sit on the patio if you need it. No need to bring shampoo, handsoap, kcups, or towels. We were traveling with older parents that have a hard time with stairs, so this being all on one level was perfect! The house was very spacious with plenty of room for all of us. The small complaints I have is that there is a hot tub, but no extra towels for the hot tub, and they have a large patio out back with no furniture. The weather was so nice in the morning and evenings that it would have been nice to sit out there to relax. Plenty of bedrooms and yard. The hot tub was great to relax in after a long day - our favorite part of the home. I would have given 5 stars but there were no regular pillows for some of the beds or pillowcases to use with the decorative pillows as a substitute. Also, there were smudges on the walls at some places. But overall, it was perfect for our needs as a family. Linens were very clean. ##### Mariesa D. Me and my buddies planned a golf trip to Vegas and decided to go the more affordable route and get a place further away from the strip. That being said, this place is in prime location! Close enough to the strip to go out at night, and far enough away from some of the craziness that is Las Vegas. The house was super clean, and the host was super reliable and fast with communication. We rented this home for our family vacation to the Grand Canyon, Hoover Dam, and Vegas. The property was exactly as described on the vrbo listing and was in a great neighborhood. The rv hookup outside the home worked out great for us as we drove cross country from KY. Communication with the owner was seamless with quick responses to any questions we had. Our children really enjoyed the hot tub and the putting range in the backyard. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the area. ##### Kitty m. When walking with your socks, they became black. Most of the dishes and the forks. And spoons had dried food on them. The showerhead was very difficult to start. Only one of the AC units would go on, but it was locked at a certain temperature. So the other half of the house was very, very hot. The pillow cases were dirty and the pillows were flat and old. There was a ring around the tub where you could see it was not cleaned. And the closet that had extra blankets. They were just thrown in there, not folded. One of the recliners in the living room, The entire seat was ripped out and a blanket had been thrown over it. Nowhere to put clothes in 3 of the 5 bedrooms. No chairs on the porch to sit on the grill was filthy. No way to barbecue and there was an empty Large bag for cat food that thrown on the back porch. When sitting at the dining room table, the chairs in there. Put almost your head where you would eat. They were so low. Overall for the price, we were very disappointed. ##### Melissa H.
