The pool and lazy river were awesome. My kids loved them. The hotel is beautiful. Beds were not comfy. We ate at the restaurant in the Hotel. Service wasnt the greateat and the food was not very good.

From the time you check in to the checkout time it allows you for no time to enjoy the property for a simple short stay. Then to continue to the room the TV was small in the living room and the one in the bedroom wasn’t working properly. I go to use the restroom and there’s hair all on the floor in different areas and the sink didn’t have hot water and it was plugged up as well. Everything was dirty and smells. It was a very disappointing experience.

This was our first stay at this property, the units are very clean and the beds were comfy. The lobby/pool area feels like you are on a tropical resort. Lots of trees and every room smells amazing. The pizzaria was wonderful, I am celiac and the chef was wonderful to deal with. Very understanding. Pool/lazy river are warm, our son(7) loved the sand beach. Shuttle service was awesome, usually on time or at most 5 minutes behind. Will definitely be coming back.

The only draw to this place is the lazy river. However, the establishment has declined compared to my previous stay. The hotel is part of a timeshare so you’ll see many families out and about. The staff were friendly but the other patrons staying here are interesting and eclectic. My family and I had too many run ins with entitled and rude guests. The location is off strip and not close to restaurants unless you count Denny’s. The nightly charge ranges and expect to pay premium when it’s a popular time. You’re better off with staying at a resort hotel closer to the strip. The cost is the same if not cheaper. The rooms aren’t well maintained and could use a deep clean. I felt gross and bought my own supplies to wipe down surfaces. I won’t be returning.

Elevators not working leading to very backed up conditions. Also, families room had busted pipes had to vacate at one in the morning, took two hours to get into another room and had to wait for bedding to come in for the extra couch. Not shuffling children

The property is fantastic if you want to get away from all the craziness of the typical Vegas property. The pizza place and the lunch/ dinner restaurant have good food. The staff everywhere within the resort could use some customer service training or just a better attitude. The building we stayed in only had 2 elevators that worked so that was constantly a challenge. All that being said we would still go back just because of the ability to go relax and have access to a full kitchen and lots of bbqs if you are there with a group and want a lower key Vegas experience

I spent my bachelorette weekend at Tahiti village in the royal Tahitian and the room was wonderful. The only issue I had was when I booked the room, around 6 months ago, they told me I could get early check-in and to come to the property around 8:30am so I did and they didn’t let me check in til 3:40 (20 minutes before normal check-in starts. I even offered to pay for early check-in and this was not an option either.

We go to Maui every year and have for over 40 years. This place is a little bit of the Maui that we love and we only live an hour away. The entire staff truly has the Aloha spirit that you don’t find at other hotels. Loved it all.

We have stayed at Tahiti Village several times and the quality has gone downhill incredibly fast over the last 3 years. The pool area and public spaces are still nice and, honestly, the pool and location is why we even come back. Our room was SO dirty. The dishwasher had old gross food in it, the front of the microwave had grease and food on it. The TV’s were covered in dust, the mattress didn’t have a mattress pad on it. The bathroom is SO old, one sink was completely backed up and there were finger nail clippings on the floor. Each night at midnight there was a service truck that backed up right outside our room and unloaded supplies. I could never get the front desk to answer the phone and when I finally went down to tell them, they just said “oh, I’m sorry”. Good thing it was such a quick trip or else I would have had to move hotels. I’m really disappointed in the quality of stay and hope you guys figure out how to run a clean and comfortable hotel.

The first 2 days were the worst experience we have ever had at a hotel. We were checked into a filthy room with a pile of garbage bags, blood on the toilet, and unvacuumed carpets. We complained but didn’t change rooms because we were told that we would be staying next to our sister who had a separate reservation. Front staff misinformed us. When we tried to voice our issues, we were treated with disrespect and prejudice. That first night we left for 8 hours expecting the room to be cleaned, but there was still blood on the toilet and the disgusting carpet. That 1rst night my husband and I plus our 2 kids had no choice but to sleep in a filthy room. We continued to see poor customer service when we never received extra blankets. Since we never had a chance to talk to anyone, we feel our only recourse is to leave bad reviews along with the photos of what we experienced. There is no enough space here to write the level of mistreatment and lack of care and customer service we received.

We loved our stay. Pool and lazy river was great. Daily activities were nice and inclusive. The property it’s feels like your in the pacific islands. Starbucks and Chic fil A was 2-3 min walk. Denny’s was on property. Las Vegas Premium outlet was the next street over.

A for the Pool. F for the room. We have stayed here a few times over the years. The Pool and amenities are nice, so were the workers. The shuttle offered to the strip was also nice. The room was Terrible! Every time we opened the door, it would shock us. There were cockroaches found in the Kitchen. We also found Mold in the shower. The bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable. The A/C unit blows right in your face in the bedroom and doesn’t work in the kitchen making the temperature all over the place. They have really let this place go down hill!

Do not stay here!!!! The sand pool had poop and the staff cleaning it gag a few times. The room was dirty and no service unless you stay for more than one week. The sink was clog for 3 days. Staff was not helpful.

Very good stay here... very quiet. Pool was warm even if it was 68 degrees outside... if i had to complain about anything i would like more food options. And althoug there was smoking areas some vacationers didnt always adhere to the rules. Other then those minor things. It was good price at a noce resort style hotel.
