The hotel was ok but it says all inclusive but most of the stuff is only for VIP, the best of best is only for vip so it wasn't all inclusive at all. When we check-in they were supposed to help us with the luggage and they didn't, they put it in front of the building and left and we carry all the luggage into 3rd floor building by ourself and the room that we stay the shower door was broken and it was hard to open and close, we reported it 3 times and they didn't fix it.There is only one good thing I can said about one of the staff his name is Hugo Mena he has an excellent customer service he answers all our questions
