The property is older but it was clean and it had clean linens, air conditioner, fan , internet and refrigerator with snacks at a cost.. The plus for me was that it had a shuttle from airport because we arrived on late flight. He had help with all our luggage, the stuff was friendly and even held our extra luggage for the day. The hotel also included breakfast and check out was at 1:00 pm. I certainly would use it again.

Great resort! Clean,friendly, good food! Been going many years and never a problem. They make you feel like family!

We had a very nice experience!!! It was our first time doing an all inclusive so we did not know what to expect! The food was meh….not much flavor and just underwhelming….didn’t really care for the cafeteria vibe. The best meals were breakfast and the make your own omelette station was on point. The beach access with beach loungers were amazing! The readily available drinks…although they were not at all top shelf were good. The best part of the trip was Chemi in the wine bar, Oak! He hooked us up with a lot of wine and got us into some of the restaurants where we had excellent meals that weren’t cafeteria style dining! He really made the experience memorable!

Great hotel. Staff are the best

I contacted the hotel through Expedia multiple times, however I was not able to get the hotel to communicate back and consequently no shuttle service was available. I could have used the shuttle if they would have contacted me
