Excellent location not too far away from main sites. Staff were excellent with advice and assistance. Not too keen on regimented breakfast times but not too much of a nuisance. Plenty of good places to eat located near by.

We wanted a place near the Mosque/ Cathedral. This hotel is literally 20 feet away from it. Our room had a view of the tower. The lobby is decorated to resemble historically the Mosque/ Cathedral - very beautiful. Shops and restaurants right outside the door. Walk to the Ronan Bridge, Archaeological Museum, Alcazar. Beautiful room and bathroom.

Our room was great except for the lighting which could be improved. In particular there is a desk and tea making area in a dark corner under the stairs and there is no light over the desk. It was a massive disappointment! We booked this hotel specifically to spend a day at their spa for our babymoon. When we got there, they told us all spa amenities were closed until the next day at 11 AM, when we were expected to check out. Had I known, I wouldn't have booked this hotel or even stayed ...
