This was my 5th time staying at Enjoy Pucón, and overall I still had a great experience. Not everything was perfect this time around. I was given a rear-facing room instead of a lake-view room, which was a bit disappointing. Also, when I asked for ice, I was surprised that they charged to bring it ...

Truly amazing hotel. Staff/Food/Trips can't be criticised. Hotel helped me to arrange a trip to climb Villarica Volcano. The guides they use to climb the volcano are top notch also
