I have stayed at this hotel frequently as I have family living close by.
On this occasion I had brought my car from England and the excellent staff arranged access to a secure underground car park very close by. When the technology of the check in system at the car park confused me Lucia from reception took the trouble to come to the car park to assist me… amazing guest care on her part. On the Sunday evening Tsueh guided me to a local store that was open the Sunday for me to get a few essentials.
I phoned Marlos on reception whist I was still in the UK and he helped arrange my place at the underground car park. All three members of the reception staff were absolutely amazing ! As were the chamber maid ladies.
This hotel is a total pleasure to stay in.

酒店在非常中心处，车辆可以免费停在火车站边上的停车场，然后走五分钟坐电梯上山到达酒店。老板娘还在9:30/10:00/10:30分提供她酒店内地洞的游览和讲解，大概15-20分钟。早餐也很好。

The hotel is located in the center of town, close to all the walkable places you want to explore. The views of the castle and cathedral are stunning. The staff was very nice and welcoming. The drive up to it is tricky but understandably so due to the landscape of the town. Definitely recommend staying there.

I like the area - super close to everything the only thing was I know it was a short stay, but staff never offered me where to go or be careful of surrounding areas with thief’s near offering you drinks and asking where I was staying because they saw me walking alone maybe to do
