At the first bright and spacious living room through about 55 m² with large open kitchen and living room. The second floor has 3 bedrooms including 2 with wardrobes, a large bathroom with shower, a laundry and a separate toilet. On the 3rd floor, a large attic room with two beds in 90 Authenticity, charm, completely renovated! Close to all shops and services (bakery, butcher, grocery store, pharmacy, restaurants, post office. Market every Wednesday) Also close to the beaches, tasting cellars of local wines, hiking, bike paths. The house is spacious and equipped with everything you could possibly need. It has been beautifully furnished by the owners, who are easy to contact and extremely helpful. Nous nous sommes retrouvés à 7 pers. à Laroque des Albères pour finir l'année tous ensemble et nous avons tous apprécié à la fois la situation géograpghique de cette location et les caractéristiques de celle ci. Le village de Laroque est très animé, les gens y sont très accueillants. Philippe est un hôte très attentif au bien être de ses locataires et toujours de bons conseils. Philippe est un hôte vraiment très sympathique et très à l écoute;. nous avons pu arriver et partir à notre convenance. La maison est fidèle à sa description, bien équipée en tout . L'endroit est grand avec une literie agréable. Nous sommes allés à la mer à 20 min, facilement à Argelès. Il y a de tout pour arriver tranquille. Bien équipé. Une vraie maison de vacances.
