In a very quiet street in the center of Laroque des Albères, close to all shops and restaurants, this stone village house has a beautiful surface on 3 levels.
At the first bright and spacious living room through about 55 m² with large open kitchen and living room.
The second floor has 3 bedrooms including 2 with wardrobes,
a large bathroom with shower, a laundry and a separate toilet.
On the 3rd floor, a large attic room with two beds in 90

The surrounding activities are numerous: water and water sports, diving, paddle, horse riding, tennis, hiking, tree climbing, canyoning, cellar visits, heritage, castles, picturesque villages, Romanesque churches, music festivals during the summer and many festive activities in the evening in the village or around, exhibitions Visa for the image, museum of modern art of Ceret etc ...
Twenty minutes from Perpignan it is also the ideal base for exploring historical and cultural sites such as Carcassonne, the Cathar Castles or the Dali Museum in Figueres.
Barcelona and the ski resorts of the Pyrenees are only an hour and a half away.

Great apartment, well located and ideal for family

Philippe was very welcoming and provided us many tips to make the most of our stay. We had a great time and would definitely come back for our next family trip.

Great village house

We spent 2 very pleasant weeks at this property located in a picturesque village. Located mere steps from restaurants, wine bar, the local butcher shop, bakery and a nice little bodega. We used the location as a base to explore beautiful locations, both coastal and inland. Our hoset was helpful and happy to answer any questions.

Wonderful place to stay

Fantastic terraced house in the centre of the old village. The house is spacious and equipped with everything you could possibly need. It has been beautifully furnished by the owners, who are easy to contact and extremely helpful. The beds are comfortable, and the bedrooms cool and airy. The outside terrace is a great place to sit and eat and people watch as it overlooks the town square. It exceeded all our expectations.

Séjours de villégiature

Nous avons passé une semaine en famille dans la très belle demeure de Philippe. Bâtiment de charme (vieux de plusieurs siècles), dans un village chaleureux et des commerces de proximités, proche de nombreuses activités diverses et intéressantes: balade sur la côte, découverte de ville historique (Perpignan, Carcassonne, Barcelone), Musée Salavador Dali à Figueres, sans poublier de nombreux succulents repas. La région est fabuleuse, et Philippe (le propriétaire) est très accueillant, amical, et nous a donné de nombreuses suggestions utiles pour découvrir la région. Nous recommandons chaleureusement!!

Séjour très agréable dans cette belle maison de village

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce village bien vivant même en hiver. La maison est très agréable. Bien équipée, bien chauffée elle est confortable. Nous étions 6 et c'était parfait : grands espaces pour se retrouver et petits espaces pour s'isoler. Merci beaucoup à Philippe pour son accueil,sa gentillesse,sa confiance et son adaptabilité aux horaires de ses hôtes.

Cette maison de village a parfaitement contribué à la réussite de notre séjour. Nous nous sommes retrouvés à 7 pers. à Laroque des Albères pour finir l'année tous ensemble et nous avons tous apprécié à la fois la situation géograpghique de cette location et les caractéristiques de celle ci. très bel endroit et super séjour

l'emplacement est idéal dans ce petit village animé entre mer et montagne . Philippe est un hôte vraiment très sympathique et très à l écoute;. nous avons pu arriver et partir à notre convenance. La maison est fidèle à sa description, bien équipée en tout . Le petit plus c'est que le linge de maison est fourni, c'est un élément vraiment appréciable. Je reviendrai avec plaisir .

Super séjour dans la maison de vacances de Philippe

Nous étions en famille avec nos 3 enfants (3, 5 et 6 ans). L'endroit est grand avec une literie agréable. Nous sommes allés à la mer à 20 min, facilement à Argelès. Il y a de tout pour arriver tranquille. Bien équipé. Une vraie maison de vacances. Merci à Philippe pour sa flexibilité et sa communication super fluide.

Great stay in beautiful Roussillon

We received a very warm welcome by Philippe and his wife, Christine which made us feel immediately at home. The house has lots of character and is very tastefully decorated. Due to the location at the heart of the village you can take advantage of all its varied facilities: bakery, butcher, epicerie, weekly market, bars and restaurants are all only a couple of minutes walk away. We sometimes missed a view, but there are several walks into the surrounding mountains that start at the village. Overall, this is a highly recommendable place to spend your holidays!

Schönes altes Haus im Bergdorf

Die Beschreibung und Fotos sind sehr zutreffend. Das Haus liegt im Zentrum eines Bergdorfes am Rand der Pyrenäen. Die Küste mit vielen verschiebenen Badebuchten ist nur wenige Autominuten entfernt. Im Umland gibt es sehr viel zu entdecken. Gaststätten, Bäcker, Fleischer, Minimarkt, Gemüsehändler, Post, Presseladen und die Touristeninformation sind in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft, ebenso wie verschiedene Parkmöglichkeiten. Der Ort selbst ist traumhaft, der Gastgeber sehr nett und das Haus historisch und sehr schön renoviert - insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen.

Ferien Laroque-des-Albères

Sehr schönes, großräumiges und gut ausgestattetes Haus in der Mitte von Laroque-des-Albères. Ein idealer Standort zwischen Meer und Bergen für vielseitige Unternehmungen. Am Wochenende dauert es nachts etwas länger, bis es ruhig wird, ansonsten kann man dort einen sehr ruhigen Urlaub verbringen mit kurzen Wegen für Einkäufe. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Fantastisch!

Hartelijk en vriendelijk ontvangst door eigenaar. Het is een heerlijk, goed onderhouden en mooi huis, smaakvol ingericht, ruim, schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Goed gelegen in het centrum van Laroque-des-Albères. Wij komen hier zeker terug!
