Location is within walking distance to all possible amenities and facilities as well as to main touristic Ayia Napa. Within 2-3 minutes walk one can find restaurants, supermarkets, shops, bank, pharmacy and also all major wedding hotels on Nissi Avenue like the Nissi Beach Resort. Ayia Napa center 2 Km away, bus stop and Taxis 2 min walk. The apartment has a large communal pool and neighborhood is very quiet and relaxing. The apartment has been fully renovated in December 2025 and consists of open plan living, dining, kitchen areas. Living room has straight access to an amazing size veranda and a small garden area in front of the veranda where one can enjoy unlimited sunshine ( 2 private sunbeds and umbrella) plus direct access and views of the communal pools and garden areas. Bedroom has also straight access via sliding doors to the lovely veranda and garden. The bathroom has also been fully renovated and now features a walk-in shower.

Useful information: Please note that one-time FREE cleaning service and change of bed linen are provided for a minimum of 14 nights stay. In the accommodation price includes free electricity usage of 22 kWh per day, sufficient for normal daily use. For our younger guests under 25 years of age and/or also for groups of 3 and/or 4 persons, a damage (security) deposit of total EUR 300 is required and will be collected on arrival. Please also note that we do not accept reservations for hen, stag or similar parties.
