Prior to arriving near midnight, we were emailed a code to enter one of two keysafes. The code was the wrong one, had to ring the owner who gave us the correct one. The apartment was dated, though initially looked clean. Patio window left wide open - which is how the ants probably entered! Running around in the living room area, & shower room. (We bought Biokill the next day). Would've been nice if the fridge was on when we arrived, but no. Husband had to pull the fridge out, to find the cable, before plugging it in. The shower plughole was filthy, and stunk. We tried to check in the following morning (and possibly check out too!), but nobody on reception, and no note stating where a member of staff was. We stayed 1 more night. I think the pants & socks left in the bedside cabinet from previous guests was the final straw. Again, we tried to find someone from the hotel, around the reception area, but nobody was around. We stayed at another property. Someone from the hotel (reception) rang. She was pleasant, but I told her we weren't staying any longer. On 'check out' day, we went to return the key, after checking our room (the undies were still in the drawer!). Nobody on reception, but this time, a notice asked anyone needing reception to attend the pool bar area. We found the proprietor, who remonstrated with us that we should have 'gone to her'. We tried, believe me!She kept saying 'we're not a hotel, we're apartments. Oh, so that's ok then!

Kama Protoras Cyprus.

The public area, I.e. the reception, dining area, and pool area were very very clean and modern and were very attractive. The apartment needed refurbishment although it was clean. The balcony furniture required replacing. There was no tea towels or washing up liquid provided . Although we mentioned to the owner that there was only lukewarm water several days running this was never resolved which was disappointing. Also there were no English TV channels the reaction of the owner was ‘you are on holiday what do you want tv for.’ The deal included breakfast which was very nicely cooked. We feel that the deal was far too expensive . We would not expect to stay there again. During our stay we were the only two guests. Tracie on reception was very sociable and friendly.

Nice stay

Had a two night stay at Kama with my husband staying in a one bed studio. Room spacious and clean. Hotel pool and bar good.l. It was a 25 minute walk into centre of protaras which didn’t bother us nice walk along the promenade.

Just back from a week there. Although the apartment was plain it was comfortable and the staff couldn't do enough for us. The food is amazing especially the carvery.

Fab stay

Would highly recommend the Kama Lifestyle. Clean, well maintained rooms and very spacious for 2 people. Staff all lovely and friendly. Bar food was fab, ate there a few times and everything is cooked fresh to order. A little bit out of resort but only a few minutes walk and means it’s lovely and peaceful.

Friendly hotel in great location

Excellent service in a well run, clean & comfortable hotel. Very good restaurant and bar (reasonably priced). Lovely pool area with plenty of loungers. Just a short walk to the local bars and beach. All staff are really friendly and helpful.

Superb hotel and friendly staff.

Prompt response to emails prior to stay was greatly appreciated. Upon arrival we were met with a friendly and helpful reception. The room and bathroom was spotless and was cleaned to a high standard regularly. The pool and bar area and facilities were clean and could not be faulted. One of the main strengths of this Hotel is the management and friendliness of staff. Nothing was too much trouble. Other hotels should take a leaf out of the Karma Hotel's book, by putting their guests first. Located within easy reach of local shops, bars, restaurants and beach, the Karma Hotel is ideally situated for all holiday needs. This was our first visit - but will not be our last. Well done to Maria and staff for making our stay pleasant, hassle free, relaxing and thoroughly enjoyable. Superb.

Friendly Staff

Enjoyed our short break at the Kama Lifestyle, staff were really friendly and the place was spotless. Situated close to the centre of Pernera so everything close by. Only downside was no Wi Fi in the room. Would definately recommend though.

We booked this hotel as a fill in between giving up a property and flying back to the UK, had been there a few times at various functions ect but never stayed in it. On our stay we were pleasantly surprised at how good it was, and all the staff that we dealt with were very friendly and helpful, we were upgraded to a one bedroom flat which was very comfortable and clean. the new pool bar and out side areas were very pleasant and clean and all tough the frontal face of the building is a little dated by modern standards I would recommend looking beyond this.
