FIG TREE BAY VILLA NO 5

This cozy 2 bedroom villa is situated at a quiet location just a couple of minutes walk to the popular main strip of Protaras where plenty of restaurants, bars, cafes and shops can be found, whilst the famous Fig Tree Bay is a 4 minute walk away. It is also very near to a Lidl Supermarket which is open from 8 am until 9 PM during the summer season.

The villa consists of a twin bedroom and a double bedroom. It has a well equipped kitchen with all the crockery, glassware, cooking utensils and appliances you could need, whilst the open plan living room is very comfortable.

Layout

As you enter the villa, you'll find the kitchen is on the right hand side and in front of it is a dining table for up to 6 people. The open space living room with a flat screen smart tv also features in this modern living space. You can enter the garden area from the front of the house or from the side next to the dining table via sliding glass patio doors.

On the left of the kitchen there is also a bathroom with a guest toilet and a shower. A wooden staircase with a baby stair gate is on the side of the living room. As you go upstairs you will notice a big family bathroom in the middle and two bedrooms one on each side. The double master bedroom has a flat screen tv and views of the sea.
