It is the superb outdoor space which is one of the main attractions of this property. The large private terrace area offers so much, from soaking up the sun by day to alfresco dining in the evening,whilst enjoying the glorious views of the sun setting over Pyla. A relaxing and peaceful haven with stunning views. This penthouse apartment has been furnished to the highest standard with all modern conveniences. The kitchen is fully equipped with toaster, kettle,dishwasher, smoothie maker,fridge freezer and microwave and a really good selection of cooking utensils and dishes. There is a dining table which will seat 6 guests. There are 2 bedrooms, a master bedroom with a king size bed and it's own balcony and the second bedroom which has 2 single beds. A travel cot is available on request.There are large fitted wardrobes in both bedrooms and there is ample space. Both rooms have a mirror in the wardrobes and also bedside cabinets. In the front room is a 3 seater, 2 seater and a 2 seater sofa bed as well which will sleep another 2 people. ( sleeps 6 in all) The apartment has Wi-Fi available.There is a DVD player and a selection of DVD's and a 40 inch television with satellite channels for your use. For your convenience there is also a washing machine, clothes airer, iron and ironing board. Each let includes the linen needed and a set of towels, including beach towels. There is air conditioning in the bedrooms and front room and in addition there are also 2 floor standing fans available. The large private terrace with magnificent views is unique and can be enjoyed by day relaxing and soaking up the sun or by night with outdoor dining. This adds to the large open plan living space inside as well and ensures maximum comfort for all guests. Outside we have a large oval glass table and 5 chairs, these are great for just sitting and relaxing or indeed enjoying a meal or a drink outside on the terrace. There is also a parasol and sun loungers for you to relax and soak up the sun. A further 2 balconies with seating are available for you to enjoy. The apartment is set within a peaceful and secure complex, that overlooks open countryside and is only a 15 / 20 minute walk to the sandy Blue Flag beach . You can access the beach via a pathway from the apartment which goes underneath the highway. A short walk away is the traditional village of Pyla where you will find a variety of shops and tavernas. The complex offers an outdoor pool and a children's pool. There is also an indoor heated pool, gymnasium and sauna, and these are all designed to help create a real relaxing holiday and enable you to enjoy this apartment all year round. Also on the complex is a children's playground for them to enjoy. The cosmopolitan town of Larnaca with it's many beaches, restaurants and shops is only a 10 minute drive and it is also home to a new marina. This apartment is suitable for couples and families who want spacious and high end accommodation away from the busier resorts. Oceania Bay is an ideal base for touring the island and the excellent road connections mean within half an hour you can be on the golden beaches of Nissi or visiting the capital of Nicosia. Very quiet and the large balcony gives you all the privacy we value. Apartment has everything you might need for a self-catering holiday with sky tv if you want to watch movie's or sports. Would probably say a car hire is a good idea but you can walk to the beach in 10/15 minutes. Never used the pool or gym on site so cannot say anything about them. On arrival the apartment was exactly as described, clean and comfortable. I would recommend having a car to get around, it's only 10 minutes to beaches, shops and restaurants. There is an allocated parking spot which is under cover. Didn't use the pool or other facilities on site but it all looked in good order. This is really great apartment to stay when visiting Cyprus. It is big, clean and cozy. There is everything you need to feel like home. It's VERY close to not only brilliant amenities in Pyla itself but also Junction 60 of the motorwayfor both directions giving easy access for Larnaca and Agia Napa and Protaras. The complex is quiet but not off the beaten track, a nice pool and very secure. Personally, I head up the motorway armed with all my scuba gear and dive the statues at Green Bay in Protaras, sometimes shaking hands with George the Gnome who lives on the seabed nearby. The pictures don't do it justice. There are three terraces which are very handy especially with the hot weather. The main terrace is absolutely huge with amazing views. The living area and Kitchen are spacious and airy. Bedrooms are cosy with comfortable beds. We felt relaxed and had a wonderful in this apartment. The owner (Helen) and complex manager (George) were super helpful. They provided prompt responses to our queries. George kindly organised a taxi to pick us up from the airport as our flight was quite late. There is also a site manager (Mike) who is also available on site to provide assistance. Mike recommended good restaurants around the area. It also helps that the area is quiet. Our two children enjoyed both the indoor and outdoor swimming. We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this apartment and left with very good memories and will be returning in future. The villa is in a nice quiet location with a fantastic pool but still close enough to the local beach, restaurants and a fantastic dive center where we spent a few days scuba diving. It was clean, welcoming and well laid out. All the appliances are up to date and easy to use, which for Cyprus is hard to find! The space in the apartment is amazing for a family. The location was quiet perfect for a couple and the pool was clean. It was easy to get to by cab or car however I would advise any guest to hire a car as trying to walk in the heat of Cyprus mid August was not possible for us. I would definately stay again but I would rent a car. Thank you so much to our wonderful host who was helpful and easily contactable whenever we needed. George was also a pleasure. I would highly recommend Helen's place to anybody but get a car as bus service in Cyprus is not always the most reliable. I spent a week here with my teenage daughter and her friend. The complex was pleasant and secure, well maintained. The owner and on site manager were also very pleasant and easy to deal with. The pool was enhanced by a relaxed atmosphere and the water was clean and warm. The main plus of the apartment was the very spacious balcony area, perfect for eating, chilling out or star gazing!
