You'll appreciate its central location by the beach, so you can do everything on foot, and its south-west exposure, so you can enjoy the garden and terrace. This architect-designed house of over 110m2 can accommodate up to 8 people (4 bedrooms) First floor: \- Living room with TV, coffee table, sofa, dining table and fireplace. \- Open, fully-equipped kitchen (fridge, dishwasher, microwave, oven, kettle, coffee maker, toaster...) \- Master suite with double bed 160x200, closet and storage space and private bathroom with bath, washing machine + tumble dryer). 1st floor: \- Shower room with WC \- 2 bedrooms with double beds 160x200 and storage space \- 1 bedroom with two single beds 90x190 and storage space Outside : \- Garden/Terrace with garden furniture (deckchairs, barbecue, dining table, garden furniture...) 2 private parking spaces (garage and driveway). Ironing facilities. Hairdryer and cot available. Wi-Fi access. Pets not allowed. No parties allowed.
