The Résidence Les Villégiales enjoys a central location between the town and the beach, giving this top-floor 2-bedroom apartment with elevator and garage an extraordinary asset. The entrance hall has a closet, the spacious living room opens onto a sea-view terrace, and the separate kitchen is fully fitted and equipped (fridge, stovetop, oven, microwave). A first bedroom has a king-size bed and a second bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, plus a bathroom and toilet.
