Located on the 2nd and top floor of the residence with an elevator, this 1-bedroom apartment with a separate sleeping area boasts a magnificent sea view that can be admired from its large, south-facing terrace. Its living room opens onto the kitchenette. The living area offers a queen-size sofa bed (160 cm) and a sleeping area (2 x 80 cm = 160 cm). The bathroom has a closet and a toilet. Negativ: zur Schlüsselübergabe war der Agent von Orpi, Herr Rivoal, nicht da, wir warteten lange, dann riefen wir in der Agentur Orpi an, worauf endlich eine Frau kam, die uns die Schlüssel und die Wohnung übergab.
