The Résidence Les Dunes de Toulhars boasts architecture that blends perfectly with the coastline and a peaceful location. Its beachfront location makes this studio apartment very pleasant. Located on the 2nd and top floor of the building with elevator access, this one-bedroom apartment with a separate sleeping area boasts a magnificent sea view from its large, south-facing terrace. The living room opens onto the kitchenette. The living area offers a sofa bed (160cm) and a sleeping alcove (2 x 80cm = 160cm). The bathroom includes a closet and a toilet. The apartment has a garage, and the building has a bicycle storage room.

*Cleaning: We require that the trash, refrigerator/freezer, and dishwasher be emptied and the barbecues cleaned. Glass bottles must be taken to the designated recycling containers in town. If you opted for the linen service, it must be removed and folded at the foot of the bed.

Geschmackvolle Wohnung mit wundervollem Meerblick

Positiv: Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, großer Balkon mit Meerblick, Anlage und Treppenhaus sehr gepflegt, Lift vorhanden, Tiefgaragenplatz. Negativ: zur Schlüsselübergabe war der Agent von Orpi, Herr Rivoal, nicht da, wir warteten lange, dann riefen wir in der Agentur Orpi an, worauf endlich eine Frau kam, die uns die Schlüssel und die Wohnung übergab. Es gab kein WIFI und Klappbetten, die man nicht optimal stellen konnte.
