The apartment is on the second floor (no lift) of a small block of flats. It has: \- Lounge with sofa, coffee table and television. \- Dining area with dining table. \- Open-plan fitted and equipped kitchen (oven, fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle). \- Bedroom with bed (140 cm) and storage space. \- Shower room with toilet and washing machine.
