Located on the 1st floor with elevator access, it comprises an entrance hall with large closets, a bright living room opening onto a beautiful sea-view terrace, and a fitted and equipped kitchenette (fridge, extractor hood, induction hob, oven, dishwasher, and microwave) opening onto another balcony. One bedroom has a double bed, and one bedroom has two single trundle beds. There is also a bathroom and toilet.
