"When we checked in the front desk staff informed me that although I had requested an oceanfront room and because I used Hotels.com they couldn’t give me a room with only a king bed as requested. So they gave me a room with double beds, but oceanfront. I have ALWAYS had the BEST experiences with JW, however, this time the floors of our room were dirty. The robe had chocolate on the sleeve and it appeared the room had not been dusted in a while. Truly a let down. So now I wonder if it’s worth using hotels.com if I will receive less quality service at the properties for not going through them"

The hotel is very well located, spectacular views to the ocean and shores and also very nice places to go walking or running. No doubt this will be my place when come back to Lima."
