Conveniently located, pleasant and helpful reception staff. Breakfast was a bit hit and miss. Bedrooms don't seem to be made up nowadays, coffees etc not replenished so overall a high price for little more than an AirBNB.

It is correct, that we don't automatically tidy up the rooms each day. We are a sustainable hotel chain and as a part of that, we have reduced the room cleaning. For your information, on your next stay you can order the cleaning for each day from the reception separately with no extra cost. Welcome back whenever needed, have a nice week!

Terrible Reception staff
Provided incorrect information regarding breakfast times while checking in which resulted in us missing the breakfast. When we complained to the reception in the morning, they apologised but as soon as we left they started laughing. Terrible attitude of the reception staff - give it a miss if you have other options.

Nice and neat hotel. Good gym (for a hotel) and sauna is spacious. This hotel even has a pool! Good location.

Nice, centrally located hotel on top of a shopping mall in the centre of Lappeenranta. Great location for the train station, the town and harbour. Rooms well equipped and clean.

The hotel is above a shopping mall in the city center but it was extremely long distance for example to my room in the other end of the building. The room was nice and clean but would have wanted to be able to watch TV from my bed but the separate bedroom made it impossible. The bed was a bit uncomfortable.

Very nice buffet. Friendly welcome from Ira. Just way too far to rooms. Had Requested garden room, but ended in roof view room.

The pictures posted on internet are not close to the reality. The rooms are very small to the point that two luggages can not fix in the space.

Near the city and the theater where I visited.
The staff was very kind, as they usually are in the the eastern part of Finland. Everything got on.

Average hotel in a central location
Typical overpriced Sokos hotel, of course aimed for Finnish clientele. Breakfast menu not international at all. However, not many alternatives in Lapeenranta.

The hotel room was little and not very clean, but it was all right. The staff was kind and the breakfast was very good. Lappeenranta was pretty and there were many things to visit.

Very friendly and helpful staff! The sink was blocked but we gave them fedback and they were genuinly sorry about that and promised to fix it.

Cant help saying that the hotel is nothing but ordinary. But that blends in with the city. There is hardly a good reason to go to lappeenranta. And if you do. You might use this hotel as well. Low expectation required. Then it delivers ok value.

Kiitos pikkulomasesta!
Ihana juuri remontoitu kerros ja ihanasti sisustettu huone. Loistava aamupala ja vallan ihastuttava henkilökunta. Uimassakin tuli käytyä, oli juuri sopiva. Saunaa ei testattu, mutta uskon myös sen olevan hyvä. Tänne tulen toistekin!

Lappee - älä kiidä onnen ohi!
Hieno kokemus. Saimme huonekorotuksen ja ruusut odottivat valmiina rubiinihääpäivämme kunniaksi. Sekä sauna että uinti vetristivät vanhoja luita ja jänteitä. Ja kaiken kruunasi hyvä ja edullinen hinta.
