### Charming Two-Bedroom Villa with Stunning Sea Views

Villa Nera is located in Lapčići, Budva.  
This villa provides the perfect blend of rustic charm and modern comfort as well as all the necessary elements for a pleasant stay in it.   
Escape to this enchanting two-bedroom villa, perched on a hillside with sweeping views of the Adriatic Sea and lush Mediterranean landscapes.  
A few steps lead to a serene, heated pool, ideal for a refreshing dip while enjoying panoramic views of the coastline.  
This villa of 150 m2 is designed for 8 people, who can comfortably stay in it. It consists of a large living room, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a dining room and a kitchen, finnish sauna.  
In the living room there are a sofas that has a pull-out mechanism, where 2 people can comfortably sleep, TV, air conditioning, Wi Fi connection. Also, from the living room you have the possibility of going out to the spacious stone terrace that offers a beautiful own heated swimming pool which is at your disposal for 24 hours. There are cushioned sun loungers, vibrant flowers, and a pergola adorned with grapevines—perfect for relaxing.   
In the first bedroom there are a cozy double and single bed with a closet, where 3 people can comfortably rest.  
In the second bedroom there are one double and single bed, where they can sleep 3 people.   
You also have clean linens and towels at your disposal as much as you need.  
Two bathrooms are equipped with all the necessary elements, such as: shower, hairdryer, toilet paper, soap, and clean towels.  
The kitchen is functional and equipped with all the necessary.  
In the dining room you can enjoy dinner with your family or friends.  
Vila Nera also has a spacious courtyard with barbecue accessories.
