Great location but the communication was poor. I asked questions during my stay and got no answers for three days.

I loved Hotel Jewel and the restaurant and the staff were fab. I only gave it a 4 as there is no elevator and I was on the 3rd floor and the luggage elevator only worked till 2nd floor - so it was quite the hike up and down. Ask for a room lower down if you don't like stairs. Still would recommend.

8.6/10 Excellent! (1,000 reviews)
The hotel was awesome! Breakfast was delicious! The hotel was very beautiful and so was the room we stayed in, however my only concern was the shower was a little high to step out of and with the half wall that was near the shower head, a lot of water spills out when showering which makes it slippery as well. The washroom could also use a fan as well. Well located and staff was great to deal with.

Clean hotel and big executive room. But I can hear the tram on the street going by, the sound proof wasn’t good.

"The air conditioning did not work and the room was uncomfortably warm for the duration. The hotel is worn and rather sad. Reminiscent of an old motel. I’ve been to Prague many times and only chose this property for its proximity to the airport. Never again - you can stay at much better properties ..."
