Could not open the windows. The room was very hot even with the cooler and a big metal fan running all the time. The consept of the hotel is nice, but the heated room ruined the sleep.

The hotel kept cancelling our reservation. We had to contact them every day to get a new check in code. The last day they canceled our reservation altogether. We had to deal with AI to make contact. Then they would forward a new code. However my phone was low on battery and if I could not contact them we would be locked out with our luggage still inside. Our aircon had a blocked drain and leaked onto the floor. I had to turn off the power. I would never recommend this cost saving way the company adopted. I could have booked accommodation with a physical person to deal with in reception for the same price. I would then have someone to help with our problems.

World class 5-star hotel. Best in Finland. The new gym and spa are a great addition. Wonderful historic hotel with exceptional service right at the heart of Helsinki. The rooms have amazing beds and top class linen, and they are incredibly quiet.

"For a Hilton this was a disappointment. The "partial sea-view" that I paid extra for was a view of trees and the building across the street (the actual sea-side wing). The staff were lovely, but the bed was quite hard, and the in-room coffee was powdered instant coffee. It felt like a 3 star hotel ..."
