"We arrived on Saturday afternoon although we were scheduled to arrive on Friday. We were met by a foot snow covered driveway and entrance. We parked on the street and had to trudge through snow with our bags. Fell two times in snow. Very treacherous. Eventually plow arrived and cleared out driveway. Good thing we came Saturday. Then the heat stopped working mid Saturday night. Didn't get heat back until around 3pm Sunday. Had to text and call numerous times before finally the agent answered after 3 hours. Temperature in North Stonington was 1 degree! Other than those incidents the house was nice and neat. Leaving window AC units in window not bright. Massive draft around windows. Would come back if I was awarded some sort of partial refunded. I understand that sometimes these things happen. However I wasn't even graced with a reply to my request. So I will definitely not be back!"

"We rented this house for a family reunion recently. Place is great! Definitely an antique farmhouse and it has that level of charm. The property is beautiful and it fit our needs for a weekend stay. Communicating with the property manager was easy as well. That said we were not impressed with the level of cleanliness upon our arrival, as it was clear that the cleaning crew did not do a thorough job. I messaged the property manager our observations after our stay and they seemed very appreciative of the feedback; hopefully future renters will reap the benefits of that conversation. "

"Our stay was fantastic. The description was accurate and the property was clean and fully functional. Our only concern before arriving stemmed from some reviews we read that said the AC could be better but we were pleasantly surprised to find AC units in the windows of every sleeping area which kept the entire place more than comfortable. In fact, we stayed the first week in August and actually shut them off while we slept. The photos I've attached were taken just before we checked out."
