Sehr nette und unkomplizierte Vermieter, die sich toll gekümmert haben. Das Haus hat eine Traumlage mit einem tollen Blick aufs Meer. Zwei Strände sind fussläufig erreichbar. Das Haus ist rustikal und einige Einrichtungsgegenstände in die Jahre gekommen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Sehr schönes traditionelles Steinhaus in toller Lage

Wir durften zwei herrliche Wochen in diesem ruhig gelegenen Haus mit großem umzäuntem Garten genießen. Das WLAN war superschnell. Bettwäsche und Handtücher inclusive.

Tres beau cadre!

La maison est situé en hauteur ce qui donne un point de vue splendide, surtout quand on se trouve sur la terrasse ( immense ) Tres bon séjour, la maison est très habitable dans un style plus ancien que les maisons récentes mais on le sait au début donc pas de problème particulier, propriétaires sympathiques!!

Tolle Lage, tolle Aussicht, Ruhe

Zwei entspannte, tolle Wochen an der wunderschönen Cote D'Armor Küste. Eine Bucht mit kleiner Insel und kleinerm Strand in kurzer Entfernung. Über den Häusern von Pors Guyon gelegen hat man elne wunderbare Aussicht auf das Umland und das Meer. Das Haus war für uns 6 Personen super ausgestattet. Ausflugsziele genug für Tagesausflüge, jeden Tag ein anderer Markt in der Nähe. Lanmodez in 20 min zu Fuß gut erreichbar, dort ist Sonntags Markt, plus kleiner Bar und Lebensmittel Lädchen. Treguier, Lezardrieux, Paimpol und Co sind schnell mit dem Auto erreicht. Ein rundum gelungener Familienurlaub.

Belle demeure dans un Environnement d'exception

Bel accueil chaleureux de Soizic. L'emplacement, l'environnement, la vue sur l'estuaire de la demeure sont exceptionnels. La grande terrasse aménagée complète le confort de la maison. A noter également la propreté de la demeure et les nombreux ustensiles de cuisine mis à disposition. La location est située au centre de multiples balades et visites de la région.

Du potentiel à améliorer

Nous sommes arrivés dans une maison pas chauffée. Le chauffe-eau n'avait pas non plus été branché. Nous avons dû attendre le matin suivant pour avoir de l'eau chaude. Le volet de la porte-fenêtre était cassé ce qui ne nous a pas permis de profiter de la belle vue sur la mer. Bel extérieur mais aspect vieillot de l'intérieur. Certains équipements sont à changer (insert).

Schitterend uitzicht dat altijd in verandering is.

Eigenaren waren zeer behulpzaam, de sleutelfiguur was efficiënt en er op uit om het ons naar de zin te maken.. Mooie natuur in de omgeving, mooie stadjes. Huis is ruim en comfortabel. De inrichting is gedateerd, maar dat ben ik zelf ook. We hebben hier een heel mooie tijd doorgebracht.

Belle maison dans un environnement calme et agréable

Malgré une météo capricieuse, nous avons passé un très bon séjour, la maison est très bien située entre Paimpol, Tréguier et la côte de granit rose, nombreux sites à visiter et à decouvrir le long de la côte sauvage, la sortie en mer aux sept îles nous a laissé des souvenirs inoubliables. On reviendra sûrement, la Bretagne est belle même sous la pluie.

Vue magnifique

Très belle maison avec vue magnifique. Grande terrasse face à la mer. Belles chambres et grand séjour. Le tout bien équipé. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un agréable séjour. Un terrain complètement clos serait un vrai plus( si vous venez avec un animal ou des petits enfants) ainsi qu'un barbecue digne de ce nom. Mais nous recommandons sans hésitations. Très bon accueil par Delphine qui sait donner des conseils et infos si besoin ( ainsi que par les propriétaires, par mail )
