All good staff helpful and pleasent. Both dinner and breakfast were excellent massive choice fot breakfast and attention to detail was very good.

We stayed in the old city, and the location could not have been better. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only issue, and I should have caught it when I booked, was the room size. I doubt it was 100 square feet. It was tight for two people. However, I believe they offer larger guest rooms, and it was my fault for not confirming the room size when I booked. We would stay there again.

The best thing about this hotel is the view. The rooms are ok (carpet a bit old, bathrooms could use remodelling) and on the small side. Pool was nice but very small and narrow and not particularly warm, so we didn’t stay in very long. The pool has a great view over the water and the views from the hotel rooms are stunning. The breakfast was quite basic with not many options and cost €35 plus fees. Overall the hotel and breakfast were not good value. The staff member who offered to give us a ride to our next hotel was very helpful. It wasn’t clear where to go to get the ferry and we did ask staff questions about the ferry routes, etc., but perhaps there was a language barrier. There’s a way to walk directly from the ferry terminal to the hotel, which we discovered ourselves on the way back! Staff didn’t offer to book any excursions for us. The price didn’t seem to match the luxury experience we expected. (My friend’s room was over $700 a night, mine was $548). Great views and the wine and cocktails are highly recommended!
