Big room and all works well. But they forgot to clean my room one day and the ambience is average. All in all nice hotel.

The sink in the bathroom was falling off the wall. The Tv bracket was also very fragile so was scared to use. The shower room is pretty squashed in as well as the fittings being in an awkward position so water leaks out everywhere. The cleaners also tend to smash around in the morning so was hard to ignore and have any sort of lay in. Hotel was cute in general and a good location.

Probably the best hotel in Germany, and among the best in the world. Outstanding service, amenities, location, price / value, amazing lobby lounge, spacious rooms and bathrooms, great floor plans, thoughtful interior touches, excellence throughout.

The staff is friendly. The location is just around the harbour and easy walking distance to promenade and Rhine tower. I would have liked more if the lounge view sky restaurant also had a restaurant section overlooking the harbour/ river. Unfortunately the restaurant section only has city view, so if you wanted to enjoy an evening with harbour view then you would have to opt for drinking options as that section is different than the restaurant section.

Quiet place but clean. Front desk was friendly. We had a car so we drove around for the most part, they had free on site parking outside and in the garage. I did see bus stops around the area when walking to the bakery. There is a bakery two minutes away from the hotel which had really nice baked goods. Grocery store near by if you want to buy snacks. It is an older hotel so the key is an actual key to open the door with a weigh at the end of it. It was good for two nights. There is a one for all soap (shampoo, doll conditioner, body wash). It would be nice if they had different ones with conditioner. But overall a budget friendly great stay.
