"If you enjoy nice things, don’t try to save a few bucks by staying here: you’ll pay that saved money in parking & resort fees anyways. A LOT of kids in the snorkeling area by black rock - not a complaint, just an observation. Hotel grounds are ok - outdated & mildew smelling (however a lot of Hawaii hotels are… it’s surrounded by water). Hotel room was ok. Got the job done, very close to whalers village.. nice 5-10 min walk.. that being said it makes the area very busy. Hotel employees are good, service is nothing extraordinary. Wouldn’t stay again. The reviews made me think it was going to be wonderful.. Hawaii is ALWAYS wonderful, the hotel was ok. Wouldn’t stay again. Stayed in a double queen partial ocean view.. if I had to stay again, I’d get a full ocean view."
"An amazing room with an amazing view for the price I paid, this is one room no one will ever regret staying at.
The beach is feet away from the property and sitting out on the balcony has an incredible view of the sunset
Property is quite and peaceful
The room is clean and staff is incredibly friendly and helpful
A+ property"
