By crossing the road and taking the small pedestrian path, you arrive directly at the lovely Penfoul beach. The Space: On the ground floor of this house, you will find a large living area consisting of a living room, dining room, and a lovely fully equipped kitchen open to the dining room. You will also discover a charming master suite equipped with a 140x190 bed with direct access to the garden, a walk-through dressing room, and a large bathroom with a shower. Also on the ground floor, you will find a separate toilet and direct access to the garage, which is notably equipped with a washing machine. This garage can also allow you to store bicycles, paddles, surfboards, kayaks, windsurfing boards, kitesurfing equipment... The floor consists of 3 beautiful bedrooms which are all equipped with double beds in 140x190, one of which has a magnificent sea view. This floor also has a separate toilet as well as a bathroom with a shower. The house is located on a large plot of 1360m² fully enclosed, access to the property is made in particular by an automatic gate. Children will thus be able to play safely while parents enjoy the large terrace equipped with garden furniture. The little extras you won't find elsewhere? Le jardin bien clôturé est aussi super pour les enfants. L’arrivée en autonomie est aussi très pratique. Pour s’améliorer nous pourrions suggérer la présence d’un lave vaisselle. Petite note aussi au sujet de l’aspirateur qui ne fonctionnait pas bien. Nous avons pu balayer mais cela peut être nécessaire pour un séjour plus long. Effectivement, en 2025, une maison comme celle-ci sans lave-vaisselle, c’est vraiment regrettable (nous venons pour les vacances, pas pour faire la vaisselle). Attention : l’appareil à raclette est à remplacer, car il fait sauter le courant.
