"When we arrived, the room we were initially given had a few things that still needed to be cleaned so we called the front desk to make them aware and see if we could just get someone to clean it. The front desk promptly called back and offered us an upgrade instead. Not only did they come and look at it themselves, but they showed us to the cabin we'd be in and were extremely kind and went above and beyond to make sure we had a stellar experience! We will definitely be back! "

"Really enjoyed staying during Party on the Mountain music festival. Phenomenal location in relation to the resort. Communication was prompt and thorough."
"Great location, excellent communication, plenty of towels. Sunsets were pretty and there is a nice stream below but sound was overpowered by traffic noise and nearby construction. It is definitely lacking space of closet/wall hooks or shelves as others noted and some window shades wouldn’t stay up. We enjoyed hiking and disc golf on Beech Mtn and it was cool enough even in July to relax in the hot tub afterwards. Lots of deer in the neighborhood! "
"Overall, my son and I had a great stay! He loved having a cozy little sleep spot in the kid bunks, and I loved having a fabulous view along with not having to drag linens and towels with us. Communication with hosts was easy; we were able to add another adult to our reservation with no issues.My only real.complaint is the living room seating. The listing shows a normal comfy couch but the couch in the room wasn't a real couch. It was some kind of pull out bed that didn't even have a back and wasn't comfortable in any way. It made snuggling up for a movie a little difficult. Also check the heaters when you arrive, if you visit in early summer. I couldn't figure out why the bedroom was so hot at night because I never walked around the bed where the heater is located. Once I turned that off, all was well. "

"The room was very cute. It was very clean. Very welcoming. However, the bed needs rotate or replaced. You roll to the middle, its lumpy and not comfortable. The property has horrible lighting it is dark. The property has horrible signage. We had to get out of our car to figure out building numbers. Unless they individual owners had light up or reflective signage you could not tell the building and room numbers. This particular room 3302 is by the pool and metal triangle on top of the building, just to help the next people who stay."
