"The buildings are pretty run down. There was plywood over rotten boards on the deck. The dock is sketchy with rotten boards. Nobody cleaned anything after last guest. There was half full beer can and a pizza in the microwave. Very dirty and inside smells bad. Garbage was full and I had no idea what ..."
