It is right on the water with stunning views. Outdoor stringlights were a welcome bonus. I would recommend arriving during daylight hours to navigate the narrow dirt/gravel road to the cabin. The main area is super cute with everything we needed. The rest of the cabin was good. The lower level is an exposed basement and is musty which can't be helped due to the nature of the area. The whole cabin was very clean. We used the kayaks that were on site to get out on the lake. We were in the area to ride Heart of Vilas County Bike Trails. It was super convenient to be able to store the bikes in the screened entry to protect from weather. ##### Gretchen R. Here is a summary of what is wrong with this property: Thermostat is locked and maintenance person did not have correct code. Cabin always cold!!! Both bathroom doors do not close. Toaster not working. Roku does not work in bedroom. Vacasa guest email logs off every few minutes and you need to re-log in. Very loud gurgling from under kitchen sink. Water leaking from under the refrigerator. Grill does not work and appears unsafe. All in all, this was not a very good experience and we were not happy at all. We tried several times to connect with vacasa however, although they understood our frustration about the heat, NOTHING was done to correct the issue.
