Il comprend 3 pièces avec deux chambres individuelles dont une composée d'une mezzanine pouvant accueillir deux couchages supplémentaires . A partir d'une des chambres , à l'extérieur se trouve une terrasse privative composée d'un endroit arboré . Une place de parking privée est à disposition ainsi qu'un box situé dans la cave . Lancieux est une petite station balnéaire au bord du sentier des douaniers ( GR 34 ) entourée de 7 plages et est très connue des pêcheurs à pied lors des grandes marées d'équinoxe . Le centre nautique de Lancieux est très connu pour son école de voile , des Kite- Surfeurs , des planchistes , des Kayakistes etc... et se trouve sur cette grande plage . On peut découvrir l'archipel des Ebihens où les bateaux de plaisance viennent accoster dès la belle saison . Durant les vacances scolaires d'été , un club de vacances accueille des enfants de tous âges .
