"My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Kozy Cottage. It was exactly what we were looking for—a peaceful, quiet, and relaxing getaway. The beautiful river view was the perfect backdrop for enjoying our morning coffee and unwinding in the evenings. From the moment we arrived, it was clear the host had put great care into every detail. The cottage was cozy, spotless, and thoughtfully appointed, making us feel right at home. We truly appreciated the host's exceptional hospitality and attention to detail. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend Kozy Cottage to anyone looking for a serene riverside retreat."

"Great hosts and very helpfull. Unfortunately for us, the majority of our time was spent on Gwynns Island while there. Very easy access to all Matthews county has to offer from this location. Highly recommend this property for longer stays."

"The property has a great all inclusive breakfast and also love the fact that they have an outdoor pool since the neighboring hotel doesn't. I've stayed here in the past when visiting family near by and haven't been disappointed. Also I want to thank the two front desk employees Michelle and Tyrese, for understanding my situation and being super accommodating to my needs. You guys rock!!! See you all again in the near future."

"The staff was friendly. The room was clean and linens on the bed were made well. I slept better than usual in a hotel. The physical facilities were old and needed work but this did not hinder our stay. It was an ok place to stop for the night. I would stay again."
