Good value, good location
Owner Geoff was very welcoming to us and he has a good approach to customer service, the breakfast is very good and of good quality and it's a buffet so you can have as much as you like which makes this a good value stay Location is about 6 - 7 walk to the pleasure beach and sandcastle waterpark and the tram stop is close by to meaning you don't have to bring your car here which saves in car parking Next time we are in Blackpool it's an easy decision to come back to this hotel

THINK TWICE
room not changed/cleaned(bedding/towels in shower floor/litter in waste bin and next to it, questionable if bathroom cleaned) host kept on saying sorry, host/owner blamed staffing issues, gave £20( hush money). The following morning breakfast was as bad, staffing issues again!!, having to wait for hot food to be topped up!, asked for "tea" three times but was given coffee. host kept on saying sorry to everyone, staffing issues. we left the day after booking "in" we could stay here!!. , we left and did not want to argue over money/refund and returned home.

Good value for money
Cheapest we could find for a family of 5 within close proximity to the main attractions. The room suited us. It is what it is for the price, but it's clean and functional. Breakfast was good and Geoff the proprietor was very friendly.

Weeks trip to Blackpool with two teenagers
A great weeks holiday in Blackpool. The hotel was good, Geoff and Gemma couldn’t do enough for us thank you 😊 the breakfast was excellent filled us up for the whole day. Bedroom comfy and very quiet had a good night sleep. Definitely would come back to this hotel. Thank you

Great value guesthouse, fantastic location for Pleasure Beach, Sandcastle and South Pier. Great traditional breakfast. Owner Geoff is very friendly and helpful. Family room was clean, decent shower, overall just what I wanted for a short break in Blackpool with my son.

Shepperton Hotel
We stopped here for 4 nights in October there were 3 of us myself my wife & our 13 year old daughter. I spoke to Geoff on the telephone a few times before arriving & he was very helpful with any questions I had. When we arrived Geoff was very welcoming & the breakfast in the morning was lovely there was plenty of food and the lady who works there Gemma was very nice & very good at her job & always asking if everything was ok & if we needed anything else. We go to Blackpool a few times a year as we have the season passes & we will always book the Shepperton from now on the rooms were nice & the beds comfortable overall I can't say a bad word about the place it's not a 5 star hotel it's a very nice clean bed & breakfast that's reasonabley priced & the location is perfect & food lovely. It's a 10 out of 10 for us. Thank you Geoff & Gemma for making us feel at home we will defo see you again soon.

A great time in Blackpool
It was a pleasant comfortable stay. The owner is so helpful and informative. Breakfast is brilliant, plenty of it . The room was clean and had our own bathroom, tv, kettle and microwave, towels with soap where provided. Situated in a great location for pleasure beach and south pier is opposite the street.

Lovely seaside b&b
We had a lovely time in blackpool the shepperton is a lovely seaside b&b we didnt get to sample the breakfast as we slept in every morning due to the people in the next room arguing every night and keeping us awake we would definitely come back again

Pleasant stay. Geoff and Liz were lovely hosts and breakfast was delicious. The room are a little tired and the beds were not the comfiest to sleep in as some of the springs were popping through, but this was mentioned to Geoff and he said he would address the problem.

We had a 4 day stay at the Shepperton. Jeff and the staff were excellent and very welcoming. They could not do enough to make your stay very pleasant. the room, breakfast and facilities were excellent and spotless. I will certainly return and would recommend this little hotel to anyone,

The service of the hotel was very friendly and honest. Breakfast was amazingly tasty. The service and overall delivery was well thought out. The hotel is tired looking in places regarding the condition of the hotel. We very much enjoyed our stay.

we ask guests to put their dirty towels in the shower base to show they are ready for a change,regarding the sheets we do a room tidy not a full change we are a guest house we are not classed as a hotel which you pay more for, however if asked we would have changed the sheets and bedding

Lovely hotel . Bit dated but was fine. Beds lovely and comfortable. Great location 5 min walk to the pleasure beach and pier ,arcades etc.

Our first family holiday , the area is perfect for all the activities as its in walking distance , rooms are very small though, but for the price it was fine ,the breakfasts are brilliant! And the staff are so lovely!

A disappointing stay.
Geoff was very welcoming and friendly, but the rooms were very sub-standard. Bathroom walls grimey, shower cubicles dirty, a mass of dirt and rubbish under the beds (we had a crawling 1yr old, so under-bed was accessible) therefore greater concern.

i am sorry you did not enjoy your stay but i cannot understand why you did not say anything when you were asked if everything was ok i would have had your room cleaned again for you, Never mind most of our reviews are good we do try our best. by the way the walls are not grimy and showers are not dirty.

Nice overnight trip
We stayed at the Shepperton for 1 night as part of a family get together in Blackpool and we really enjoyed our stay. We booked 2 family rooms with bunk beds in both and we were impressed with how each room was maintained. The kids also loved the bunk beds! Breakfast is buffet style and all very tasty and for a small B&B all the staff work hard to ensure you enjoy your stay I would definitely return

A great New Year in Blackpool
We arrived to a warm welcome from the owner Geoff who allowed us to check in to our room early and very soon made us feel like valued customers. Geoff is a mine of information about the Blackpool area and will help with any query. The Shepperton is a good old fashioned style B&B ,warm and friendly, no drinks available in the bar area but plenty of shops nearby to supply your own, there is also a large screen tv and free pool table for entertainment. The breakfast is big and hearty just what is needed for a walk along the South Promenade at the bottom of the street. Parking is available on the streets in the surrounding area and the hotel is only a short walk from the Pleasure Beach. I would thoroughly recommend the Shepperton to anyone thinking of a short break or longer in the Blackpool area.

Good location, breakfast was good cerial yoghurt toast fruit juice and help yourself to nice cooked food plus tea and coffee. Owners were lovely. Down side was no bar, we're not big drinkers but would have been nice to have a drink once back in the hotel before bed. Family room was OK but quite cramped and we found an empty crisp packet in one of the drawers plus a sweet wrapper and fruit shoot bottle top on top of one of the made up bunk beds. Also the whole place needed a good hoover. Saying that I would consider staying there as location was good for the fair and South pier and it was a family hotel so ideal if travelling with children. No stag or hen parties.

Family holiday/stay in Blackpool
we stayed with family for 3 nights and received warm welcome from Shepperton. Location was great and perk was with free parking. Breakfast was lovely and ok for halal eaters as they were cooked separately. Everything was working in room, even towel radiator. Great stay with reasonably priced and friendly staff. Would highly recommended for family stay and even for Halal eaters...……….. If visiting Blackpool next time definitely would come back to the same hotel.

Saved our holiday!!!!!!!
We booked a short family break to Blackpool and expedia soon turned our relaxing break into a holiday nightmare! We arrived at the property we expected to stay at to be told they don’t use Expedia and had no room for us, with 2 children aged 4&5 this caused a lot of stress until the staff at the shepperton saved the day, the hotel is spotless the customer service is second to none and the breakfast was fantastic! I cannot praise this little place anymore! We had the best time there and got to make lots of happy memories with our grandchildren, we can’t thank them enough xx god bless

When We arrived the hotel, straight away welcomed with warm smiles and helps, lady showed us our room. it was nice and clean, breakfast was amazing, its between 9am and 9.30am also its very close to most of attractions. its better not to go city by car, by walk or tram is best option. highly recommed this hotel.

very nice hotel close to pleasure beach
this hotel is great for being at the pleasure beach end its decor is a little tired but if you look past this small fault then you have everything you need from a b+b clean room, clean sheets and bedding, clean towels. The room also is ensuite and has tea /coffee making facilities the hotel staff are very friendly and helpful nothing seems to much trouble for them the breakfast is wonderful so big with lots of choice from english fry up to yoghurt or/and cereal and sets you up for the day .all in all i would happily visit the shepperton again on my next trip to blackpool

We had a comfortable stay in this typical Blackpool B&B. Pros - close to Pleasure Beach and South Pier, Car Parking, Welcoming Owner and Good breakfast. Cons - Small size rooms and limited car parking
