"Area is next to railroad tracks. It is old with only stairs. I'm glad I got a discount. Old motel smell. Lamp falling off the wall. $40 deposit for unknown reason."

"Brewster hall was a pleasant surprise! Everything was clean and the space and beds were amazing. Felt safe, it was quiet, and a good experience. It was a large space but the rooms did not have closets, they had bars to hang up clothing. I would have loved to have seen a suitcase rack in each room ..."

"Great home on the lake. Amazing views day and night. Close to WSU and EWU campuses. Hiking and wild life viewing also close by. We enjoyed family ping pong competitions, BBQ on the deck, hot tub and kayaking on the lake, too! Glad to have discovered this place."
